Place: Turning Stone Resort, Villages RV Park, Verona, NY ---- 1-800-771-7711
Directions: Take I-81 North to exit 16A; then I-481 North to exit 6; then I-90 (NYS Thruway) East to exit 33 (Verona); thru tollbooth (pay first), travel straight to stoplight. Take left onto Route 365 and the next left into the resort.
PROGRAM
A Fun Time
| Thursday: | Arrive and register at campground on your own. Settle in - Dinner on your won. | |
| 7:00 p.m. | Ice Cream social at pavilion. Guest speaker - Willaim S Brown - on the Timber Rattlesnakes. | |
| Friday: | 10:00 a.m. | Introduction to the Casino and Resort, and activities to see and do in the area. Daytime activities on your won. |
| 6:00 p.m. | Pot luck dinner at the pavilion. | |
| Saturday: | Activities on your own - again many things to see and do. | |
| 5:00 p.m. | Wine/Cheese get together at the pavilion. Evening activities on your own. Call the resort and see about what their entertainment for the weekend is and make your own reservations. | |
| SUNDAY: | 9:00 a.m. | Worship services at
the pavilion. Depart for home or whatever. |
REGISTRATION : All need to register with the Campground on your own by May 21, 2012. Tell them you are with the Penn Coachmen Group and a FMCA member. Call 1-800-771-7711 or 315-361-7275 and ask for Patty Campbell, if you can get her. You will make your own reservations for the rally, Jun 21-24, 2012. If you plan on arriving early or staying longer, you make those connections. Final balance, with Penn Coachmen, will be collected on Thursday, June 21, 2012. Check the Turning Stone Web site www.turningstone.com for entertainment at the resort and make your own reservations for entertainment, dinners, etc. Please call or email Ellis/Gwen Brown so we know who is attending. Deposit with Penn Coachmen is not require for this rally. You can use the form provided on this web site for this purpose.
