Directions: From areas North, East or West of Lancaster: Follow route 30 to 896 South.  Follow 896 South to traffic light in town of Strasburg.  Continue 4 miles, turn  left on White Oak Rd.  Campground is 1/4 miles on left.

From the South: Follow Rt 372 East out of Quarryville.  Turn left on May Post Office Rd.  Turn right on White Oak Rd.  Campground is 1/4 miles on left.

From Wilmington, DE area: Follow route 41 North to Gap.  At Gap, turn onto route 741 West.  Follow Rt. 741 into Strasburg.  At traffic light in Strasburg, turn left on S. Decatur St.  Continue 4 miles, turn left on White Oak Rd.

 

PROGRAM

Celebrating the Miracle of Christmas

 

Monday:  

 

7:30 p.m.

Settle in and enjoy fellowship with others.

Dinner on your own.

Game Night.  Bring your favorite board or card game to play with others.

Tuesday:

 

 

 

 

3:00 - 5:00 p.m.

6:00 p.m.

Day on your own to do Christmas Shopping at the many outlets and shops in the area.  Visit Strasburg Railroad which is just minutes away from the Campground, or visit other sites in the area.  (See registration packet for details and directions).

Registration in the Hall.

Christmas Program to be determined.

Wednesday: 8:00 a.m.

 

3:00 p.m.

Continental Breakfast.

Morning and afternoon on your own to enjoy the area.

Leave for the wonderful Miracle of Christmas show at Sight and Sound Theatre which begins at 4:00 p.m.  Tickets must be purchased in advance.  When you send in your registration, pleas indicate your interest in the show and how many tickets you will require.  (2011 price was $44.75-$47.00 depending on number of reservations)

As the wise men and Shepherds did so long ago, follow the star to witness the miraculous truth of the Savior's birth!  Journey back in time and experience the bustling village of Bethlehem as camels, horses, donkeys, and villagers surround you.  Witness the beauty and majesty of angels worshipping in heaven, and proclaiming to the shepherds, "The Savior is born!"

  6:00 p.m. Smorgasbord dinner at Miller's on Route 30 just minutes from the theatre.
Thursday: 8:00 a.m.

9:30 a.m.

 

Continental Breakfast

Car Caravan to the Railroad Museum in Strasburg.  A must see, even for those who are not railroad buffs.  You will not be disappointed.

  12:00 p.m.

Enjoy your day and travels home.

 

REGISTRATIONSend $50.00 Rally fee deposit.   Indicate number for Miracle of Christmas show.  Reservations must be received by October 15, 2012.  If registration is postmarked after due date, there will be an additional $10.00 charge.
